Conversations with a Twist

Conversations with a Twist was the 2024 annual fundraising event hosted by Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) in support of Children’s Minnesota, sparking dialogue on key topics in pediatric healthcare. I developed a refreshed brand identity that blended CHA’s child-centered mission with a more refined event aesthetic, creating a system that was both playful and professional.

SCOPE
I led creative development across the whole event experience, designing a cohesive visual identity for invitations, signage, digital communications, printed booklets, and sponsor gifts. The concept was created by symbolic design elements: a bubble representing conversation, an ellipse suggesting continuity, and a lemon as a playful nod to the event’s “twist.” This layered visual language unified the event’s look and tone while remaining distinctly aligned with the CHA brand.

IMPACT
The new identity brought renewed energy and recognition to the event, enhancing brand cohesion across channels and deepening audience engagement. The approachable yet polished design elevated CHA’s presence, reinforcing its mission while creating a memorable, visually cohesive experience for attendees and sponsors alike.
