The Fingerhut Holiday Campaign celebrated togetherness, milestones, and the joy of giving, aligning with our customers’ experiences throughout their credit journey. Built around the theme of celebration, the campaign spanned digital, email, and social touchpoints, creating a warm and festive narrative that captured the essence of the season while staying true to the Fingerhut brand.

SCOPE
Collaborate, brainstorm, moodboard, and explore several concept directions to establish the campaign’s visual foundation. Once presented to key stakeholders and a direction was selected, I partnered with fellow creatives across design, copy, and photography to bring the campaign to life through multiple seasonal moments, including Shop Early, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Days of Deals, Customer Recognition, and more. Together, we developed cohesive digital and email systems, promotional assets, and branded templates, and I built an Adobe Asset Library to support production during the peak holiday period.

IMPACT
The campaign resulted in a cohesive, ownable holiday identity that strengthened brand consistency across every touchpoint. Custom photography and branded design elements replaced reliance on stock imagery, creating a more authentic connection with customers. The streamlined creative system improved team efficiency during the busiest season, while the campaign’s storytelling elevated engagement and reinforced Fingerhut’s mission to celebrate life’s milestones.
