Fetti Payment Updates
As part of the Fingerhut Fetti refresh, I developed a multi-channel campaign to guide customers through updated payment options for their credit accounts. Given the potential for confusion, the goal was to deliver clarity and confidence, making it easy for customers to understand their options while promoting online and recurring payments as the most reliable choice.
SCOPE
I designed an interactive payment details experience for the website, featuring a collapsible, mobile-friendly format that clearly outlines payment methods without overwhelming users. Complementary email communications reinforced the message. Each touchpoint balanced education and encouragement, ensuring consistency across web and email experiences.
IMPACT
The campaign improved visibility and understanding of Fingerhut Fetti’s new payment options, reducing confusion among account holders. The simplified presentation of information increased engagement with the online payment portal and supported Fingerhut’s broader goal of helping customers build positive credit history through consistent, on-time payments.
