Reorganizing a complex legal practice page to improve clarity, credibility, and access to key information.

Project Snapshot
_

Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow (ECZ) needed to modernize a key practice area page for sexual assault litigation. The original page contained a large amount of critical information, but the layout made it difficult for users to quickly find what they needed or take the next step.

The redesign focused on organizing complex legal information into a clearer structure while reinforcing trust through social proof and improving opportunities for potential clients to contact the firm.

CLIENT: Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP

PROJECT TYPE: Website UX

SCOPE: Practice Area Page Redesign, Footer Update

The Challenge
_

The original page served an important role in educating survivors about their legal options, but several usability issues limited its effectiveness.

PAIN POINTS

  • Large blocks of text made content difficult to scan

  • Key information was buried within long sections

  • Conversion points were not clearly emphasized

  • Social proof elements were scattered or underutilized

  • Navigation flow didn’t guide users toward taking action

Because the topic is highly sensitive, the experience needed to balance clarity, trust, and empathy while still supporting the firm’s goal of generating case evaluations.

Opportunities
_

Focuse on reorganizing the page structure and visual hierarchy to make the content easier to navigate and understand.

  • Guide visitors through the information in a more logical progression

  • Reinforce credibility through awards, testimonials, and verdicts
